PANEL SUBMISSION
Please fill out the following form to submit a panel proposal for the 2009 SAM conference. To submit any another type of proposal (individual paper, roundtable, etc.) visit the other submission page.

To propose an organized panel: Select "Panel" in the "Proposal type" field, enter a title for the panel in the "Panel title" field, and enter an abstract for the panel. Submit the form and then follow the link back here to submit the panel's individual abstracts.

To submit individual abstracts for an organized panel: Select "Individual Panel Paper" as the "Proposal type", enter the panel's title in the "Panel title" field, enter the paper's individual title in "Proposal title", followed by the paper's abstract, and any other information below. Repeat this for each paper in the panel.

Indicate in the Notes area below if the Committee may also consider
the proposed panel session for a poster session slot.

NOTE: Be careful when copy-pasting directly from MS Word if accented characters are present.
Accented characters cannot be processed correctly. Manually re-type such characters from within this form.

ITALICS: Use HTML italics tags or underscores ("_") to indicate italics. [e.g., The cheeseburger was _really_ good.]
