One of the first things you might want to do is modify your preferences to control how much email you receive from the system.

1. Sign in to the site. This will take you to the Social Link area.
2. If you are already signed in, click on Manage Profile at the top right.
3. Click on Information and Settings on the left.
4. In the Preferences tab, check or uncheck the various notification settings as you wish.
5. Scroll down to the bottom and choose how (and if) you want to received notifications from forums, groups, and Social Link activity.
