Individual One – $65.00 per year
For those with annual individual income less than $50,000.

Individual Two – $90.00 per year
For those with annual individual income between $50,001 and $80,000.
Register as an Individual Two.
Individual Three – $115.00 per year
For those with annual individual income between $80,001 and $100,000.
Register as an Individual Three.
Individual Four – $145.00 per year
For those with annual individual income between $100,001 and $125,000.
Register as an Individual Four.
Individual Five – $185.00 per year
For those with annual individual income above $125,000.
